Good suggestion, as I'm now level 50 and I feel like it is "pointless" to play the DLC in TVHM since they're capped at 50? so I guess it's okay if I start them fresh in UVHM. The only real one to consider when to start is Scarlett's with the unmissable story mission Sandhawk. It is farmable after the mission and it being UVHM will always scale to you. Hammerlock's has the Rough Rider shield if that is useful to you. I generally start that one after I have unlocked the bandit technical in the main game, becasue the technical is so much better for the Death Race missions. Torgue's has nothing really special so it is a reasonable place to start early. This is where the various 'magic' grenades live, excellent Bee farming in The Forest. Start early and go at least as far as the Grog Nozzle mission. Scarlett's with the story mission Sandhawk is best left to later if that is an important weapon to you.
